Inclusion Criteria
paturients aged 18-45 yrs, term pregnancy, non complicated singleton, ASA physical status II, scheduled elective Cesarean section under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
refusal to participate to the project, BMI more than 35 kg/m2, baseline systolic less than 90, antepartum hemorhage, severe preeclampsia
