Overview
Brief Summary
In the background of under-recognised motor difficulties in ADHD, this study aims to develop, validate, and test the feasibility of a Yoga-based Motor Assessment Tool (YOGA-MAT) designed for children with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). It will be carried out in the following stages -
STAGE 1 - Will involve literature review, motor domain selection, asana selection and structuring the tool
STAGE 2 - Expert validation using Lawshe’s Content Validity Ratio (CVR) to select the yoga tasks
STAGE 3 - Pilot testing which will involve administering the Y-MAT on Children with ADHD and controls + Clinical data collection (ADHD-RS and VSMS)
STAGE 4 - Data analysis
STAGE 5 - AI scoring prototype development
STAGE 6 - Real-time application development
