Patients showing the classical Lakshana of Janusandhigata Vata like Sandhi Shotha , Sandhi Shoola and Prasarana Akunchana Vedana; with or without Atopa ,Stambha and Vata Poorna Druthisparsha.
Patients diagnosed with Janusandhigata Vata.
Patients of either sex between 30 â?? 70 years of age.
Subjects who are willing to participate and sign in the informed consent form.
Subjects suffering from diseases like Amavata, Vatarakta or any other systemic disorders.
Secondary Osteoarthritis of Knee.
Subjects with deformities like Genu varum and Genu valgum.
Subjects who require surgical interventions.
Subjects who are under Intra-Articular injection of Corticosteroid during 3 months preceding enrolment.
Pregnant women and Lactating mother.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The effect of the treatment will be assessed based on detailed case proforma adopting standard scoring methods of subjective parameters such as Janu Sandhi Shoola, Janu Sandhi Stambha and objective parameters such as Janu Sandhi Shotha, Janu Sandhi Atopa, Janu Sandhi Prasarana and Akunchana Vedana, Tenderness, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), WOMAC O.A Index. Pre and Post interventional assessment will be done.Timepoint: The effect of the treatment will be assessed on 16th day, 31st day and 46th day.
