Inclusion Criteria

1. age >18yrs

2. patient should be well oriented and coherent

3. all gender

4. all extremity amputees

Exclusion Criteria

1 Patients with known head injury or neurological disorders

2.Patients with known psychiatric illness before the traumatic amputation

3.Patients who don’t give consent

4.Patient without social support

5.Patient who shows signs of overt depression immediate post-operatively
