Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Inclusion Criteria for Caregivers
- •Caregivers of adolescents with ID (mild Mental Retardation as per the ICD\-10 criteria),living with the patient within the same household.
- •2\. Any age group.
- •3\. Can comprehend well Hindi or English languages.
- •4\. Have access of video calling facility.
- •5\. Caregivers who will score 20 or more in Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10\)16 will be recruited.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria for Caregivers
- •1\. Any known major psychiatric or medical illness including substance dependence except nicotine in adolescent or caregiver.
- •2\. More than one member in the family is having any major disability.
