Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Inclusion Criteria for Caregivers
  • •Caregivers of adolescents with ID (mild Mental Retardation as per the ICD\-10 criteria),living with the patient within the same household.
  • •2\. Any age group.
  • •3\. Can comprehend well Hindi or English languages.
  • •4\. Have access of video calling facility.
  • •5\. Caregivers who will score 20 or more in Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10\)16 will be recruited.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Exclusion criteria for Caregivers
  • •1\. Any known major psychiatric or medical illness including substance dependence except nicotine in adolescent or caregiver.
  • •2\. More than one member in the family is having any major disability.
