入选标准
- •1. Inclusion Criteria for Caregivers
- •Caregivers of adolescents with ID (mild Mental Retardation as per the ICD-10 criteria),living with the patient within the same household.
- •2. Any age group.
- •3. Can comprehend well Hindi or English languages.
- •4. Have access of video calling facility.
- •5. Caregivers who will score 20 or more in Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10)16 will be recruited.

- •Exclusion criteria for Caregivers
- •1. Any known major psychiatric or medical illness including substance dependence except nicotine in adolescent or caregiver.
- •2. More than one member in the family is having any major disability.
