Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 1 or 2 who are scheduled undergoing elective closed reduction for nasal bone fracture
Exclusion Criteria
known allergies fo dexmedetomidine, medication of beta blocking agent,medication of alpha blocking agent, renal disease, hepatic dysfunction, signs of preoerative upper respiratory tract infection, diagnosed obstructive sleep apnea, diagnosed neuropsycholodical disease
