- •Patients 18-65 years of age, of either sex admitted in ICU on mechanical ventilation and receiving enteral nutrition via nasogastric tube.
排除标准
- •Refusal for consent
- •Uncontrolled Diabetes
- •Deranged liver and kidney functions
- •Uncorrected Dyselectrolytemia
- •SOFA Score=2
- •Patients on prokinetics in last 24 hours
- •Obesity (BMI >25kg/m²)
- •Orbital fracture or tumour
- •Hyperthyroidism and exophthalmos
- •Abdominal trauma or surgery
- •Neuromuscular disorders
