Inclusion Criteria
Patients 18-65 years of age, of either sex admitted in ICU on mechanical ventilation and receiving enteral nutrition via nasogastric tube.
Exclusion Criteria
Refusal for consent
Uncontrolled Diabetes
Deranged liver and kidney functions
Uncorrected Dyselectrolytemia
SOFA Score=2
Patients on prokinetics in last 24 hours
Obesity (BMI >25kg/m²)
Orbital fracture or tumour
Hyperthyroidism and exophthalmos
Abdominal trauma or surgery
Neuromuscular disorders
