Inclusion Criteria
HbA1C greater than equal to 8%.
Exclusion Criteria
- Proliferative retinopathy (PDR) 2.
- Chronic kidney disease (stage 4,5 and on renal replacement therapy) 3.
- Coronary artery disease (CAD) with symptoms of angina or angina equivalent 4.
- Congestive Heart failure with NHYA class 3 and 4 5.
- Severe painful neuropathy and/or foot ulcers 7.
- Pregnant women 8.
- Practitioners of yoga in the past 3 months.
