Inclusion Criteria
All consented male patients aged 18 years or above with primary short segment ( <2cm) bulbar stricture.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Age <18 years
2. Recurrent stricture
3. Penile or posterior urethral stricture.
4. Donor site unavailability (tobacco chewers, submucosal fibrosis, previous oral surgery)
