入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients with Signs and Symptoms of Sandhigata vata as per ayurvedic classics
- •Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria and diagnosed previously as per American College of Rheumatology classification criteria of OA of knee
- •Affected Knee joint is single or both knees
- •Pain in the knee joint greater than or equal to 3 months
排除标准
- •Gross disability like bedridden and confined to wheelchair
- •Patients with Rheumatic Arthritis Gout Osteoporosis and other Musculoskeletal system disorders
- •Patients with other major systematic disorders which interfere with treatment will be excluded like Uncontrolled Diabetic Mellitus and Hypertension
- •Patients with ligamental or any other knee joint injury
- •Patients with history of Knee surgery
- •Use of NSAIDS Analgesics Intra articular steroid injections within the past period of 2 weeks
