- This is an observational study, no interventions. standardize the lifestyle behaviour of medical students - sleep,diet, physical activity with the help of questionnaires,PSQI for sleep,GPAQ for physical activity and The Adolescent diet questionnaire to assess dietary habits. The data will be collected from first year students and Interns. The data will be compared. It is expected that there will be a decrease in the scores in the intern batch as compared to the first year students.

This is an observational crossectional study. In this we want to collect data on lifestyle behaviour among medical students. This will be done by questionnaires for diet, sleep, physical activity also parameters like Weight,BMI, skin fold thickness, waist hip ratio,HbA1c, lipid profile. All this data will be used to feed machine learning algorithms to find the most important factors (among the lifestyle factors) which can affect the parameters of weight, BMI, skin fold thickness, waist hip ratio, HbA1c and lipid profile
