Inclusion criterias: patients suffering cancer in head, neck and chest areas;resident in Rasht; having treatment plan with total dose of 40 Gry radiation in at least 25 fractions; having cognitive and mobility ability necessary for AleoVera crean applying on skin under treatment; without any other diseases such as Diabetes, Anemia and Hypertension or skin infectious diseases in treatment area( bacterial cellolitis) or systemic infection (AIDS);without any sign of ecchimosis, or skin lesions in treatment area.
Exclusion criteria: considering any sign of sever alergic reaction related to AleoVera cream;improper using of cream by samples according their reports;

Name Time Method Severity of radiation-induced skin reaction in case group will be less than control group. Timepoint: 28 days after initiation of treatment. Method of measurement: observation and completing of RTOG scale.
