Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. patients diagnosed with mild to moderate periodontitis according to AAP guidelines 1999
  • •2\. minimum of 20 teeth in mouth
  • •3\. patients who have not received periodontal treatment for past 6 months to 1 year

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases
  • •2\. patients with aggressive periodontitis
