入选标准
- •Teeth with one or more of the following criteria requiring pulpectomy will be included.
- •1 Caries affected primary molars with intraoral and/or extraoral swelling or intraoral draining sinus tract.
- •2 Primary molars with deep caries lesions and associated inter-radicular and/or periapical radiolucencies.
- •3 Caries-affected primary molars with abnormal mobility due to periapical pathosis, but not associated with normal exfoliation.
- •4 Caries-affected primary molars with internal root resorption involving the cervical 1/3 of the root or external resorption (not physiologic resorption) involving less than 1/3 of the root length.
排除标准
- •1 Previous history of allergy to the antibiotics.
