- •Inclusion criteria : Cases:
- •1.Patients ( aged >= 18 years) with 3rd ,4th and 5th stages of chronic kidney disease.
- •2.Hypertensive patients who undergone Echocardiography showing with or without Left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH).
- •Healthy controls who come for routine cardiac evaluation are referred for echocardiography

- •1.Arrhythmias
- •2.Valvular Heart Disease
- •3.Coronary Artery Disease
- •4.Congenital Heart Disease
- •5.Patients with poor echo window
- •6.Past history of stroke
