Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria : Cases:
- •1\.Patients ( aged \>\= 18 years) with 3rd ,4th and 5th stages of chronic kidney disease.
- •2\.Hypertensive patients who undergone Echocardiography showing with or without Left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH).
- •Healthy controls who come for routine cardiac evaluation are referred for echocardiography
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Arrhythmias
- •2\.Valvular Heart Disease
- •3\.Coronary Artery Disease
- •4\.Congenital Heart Disease
- •5\.Patients with poor echo window
- •6\.Past history of stroke
