- •Those who are hypersensitive to lignocaine.
- •Signs of acute pharyngeal infection - Adeno tonsillitis, Peritonsillitis, Peritonsillar abscess.
- •Suspected Malignant Neoplasm.
- •Those who are pregnant and lactating mothers.
