入选标准

•Inculsion Criteria
•Adult patients with dentofacial deformities, including skeletal Class II deformity, skeletal Class III deformity, vertical maxillary excess, and facial asymmetry.
•Patients seeking definitive surgical correction and declining orthodontic camouflage treatment.
•Cases required maxillary impaction, advancement, or rotational movements.

排除标准

•Medically compromised patients.
•Uncooperative or noncompliant patients.
•Patients with poor oral hygiene or active periodontal disease.
