Both males and females
Frequency of playing or training should be 3 to 4 days per week
Age between 18 to 30 years
BMI 18 to 29.5 WHO classification
Limb symmetry of both upper and lower limb should be greater than 90 percent
Individuals without having restrictions after injury in sports training
Fracture of upper or lower limb in last 2 years
Recent ligament tear grade 1 in last 6 months
Ligament tear surgically repaired in last 9 months
Soft tissue injury requiring surgical management
Spinal disorders including degenerative traumatic and infectious conditions
Neuromuscular disorders affecting balance and core
