入选标准
- •Both males and females
- •Frequency of playing or training should be 3 to 4 days per week
- •Age between 18 to 30 years
- •BMI 18 to 29.5 WHO classification
- •Limb symmetry of both upper and lower limb should be greater than 90 percent
- •Individuals without having restrictions after injury in sports training
排除标准
- •Fracture of upper or lower limb in last 2 years
- •Recent ligament tear grade 1 in last 6 months
- •Ligament tear surgically repaired in last 9 months
- •Soft tissue injury requiring surgical management
- •Spinal disorders including degenerative traumatic and infectious conditions
- •Neuromuscular disorders affecting balance and core
