Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion:12-13 years old girl students in second grade secondary school (high school the first stage) and have the knowledge and full consent to participate in research.
Exclusion criteria: 1. Absence over a meeting of the four sessions; 2. Dissatisfaction to participate in research; 3. Relocation school; 4. Completion incomplete sample questionnaire in the pre-test and post-test.
