The key inclusion criteria are:
*Chronic Neck Pain
*Non Metallic Implants in the Vertebral Column.
*Non apprehension to electrotherapy
The key exclusion criteria are:
*Metallic Implants in the Vertebral Column.
*Apprehension to electrotherapy
*Non Cervicogenic Headache.
*Non Cervicogenic Dizziness.
*Neck pain associated with neurological deficit.
*Unexplained Fever.
*Cervical Surgery associated to persistent pain.
*Specific diagnostics (cervical myelopathy, cervical stenosis, osteomyopathy).
*Other diagnostics (visceral pain referred to the neck or non cervical cause).
