- •Patients between age group 18-80 years undergoing traumatic below knee orthopaedic surgery
- •ASA physical status I-III of both sex
排除标准
- •a) Patient refusal
- •b) Allergy to local anaesthetic drugs
- •c) Chronic opioid therapy
- •d) Thrombocytopenia/coagulopathy,
- •e) Anti-coagulant and thrombolytic therapy
- •f) Morbid obesity (BMI >35 with obesity symptoms or BMI > 40)
- •g) Neurological diseases
- •h) Infections in the intervention site
- •i) Patients with psychiatric illness
