1. patients diagnosed with vestibular neuritis according to Coats's diagnosis standard of 1969
2. patients who are able to read and write self-recording sheets.
3. patients who agreed to participate in the study and to following observations.
4. patients who are 19 years old or older
1. admitted to the hospital after 3 days of onset
2. pt administrated with anti-histamine, steroids, sleeping pills, or anticoagulation drugs
3. medical hx of chronic internal diseases or psychiatric problems
4. bad health conditions
5. patients with psychiatric problems
6. intelligence quotient lower than 70
7. problems with cognitive functions
8. patients can be forced to be involved in the study
9. patients participated in other clinical study within a year
10. patients with claustrophobia who will not be able to perform video nystagmusgraphy
11. patients determined not qualified to be involved in the study
