Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Meet the diagnostic criteria, including clinical signs and imaging data, among which the diagnostic criteria of TCM: refer to the diagnostic criteria of LDH in the Diagnostic and Therapeutic Criteria of TCM Diseases and Syndromes; Western diagnostic criteria: refer to the relevant content of the Chinese expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
- •2\) Sign informed consent with date, promise to abide by the study procedure, and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of the study.
- •3\) Aged 18\-65\.
- •4\) Agree to receive treatment and sign informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Unable to cooperate with the completion of data collection or incomplete data;
- •2\) Patients with lumbar vertebrae fracture or local bone diseases such as tuberculosis and tumor;
- •3\) Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system, other autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases and acute or chronic infected persons;
- •4\) Psychiatric patients, or women with severe menopausal symptoms;
- •5\) Pregnant or lactating women;
- •6\) Experimental studies of other therapies for this disease are under way within 2 weeks.
