Inclusion Criteria
- solitary rectal ulcer in rectosigmoidoscopy
- type 1 or 3 dissynergic defecation
- to accept to participate to study and sign informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- previously applied biofeedback
- serious psychiatric disorder
- previous anorectal surgery
- the presence of active malignancy
