Terms of enter to study:
informed consent to participate in research; final diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and at least six months duration; age above 18 years; poor quality of sleep (score 5 or more); lack of disorder known as mental; lack of visual and hearing impairments; physical ability to take on the status of the target for intervention: massage; lack of experience participated in the same study current; having a patient and constant training are to perform; massage absence of lesions in the neck, shoulder and shoulder exclusion criteria
