1. Age between 3 and 13 years
2. Parents' consent to the child's participation in the study
3. Internal fracture of both forearm bones
4. Displaced forearm fracture
1. The need for surgical intervention before casting
2. Having underlying diseases that affect the recovery process (diabetes, autoimmune, etc.)
3. Contraindications for each casting method
4. Plastic deformation
5. Green Stick fracture or undisplaced and minimally displaced
6. Fracture of Montegia and Galzi
7. Open fracture
8. Pathological fracture
9. Tense swelling and subject to compartment syndrome

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The rate of non-union occurrence in both groups. Timepoint: 1.Before plastering 2.Immediately after plastering 3.1 week later 4.2 weeks later 5.3 weeks later 6.Week 6 7.Week 9 8.3 months later 9.6 months later. Method of measurement: Radiographic imaging and clinical functional tests.;The rate of malunion occurrence in both groups. Timepoint: 1.Before plastering 2.Immediately after plastering 3.1 week later 4.2 weeks later 5.3 weeks later 6.Week 6 7.Week 9 8.3 months later 9.6 months later.
