Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •young\-old, middle\-old, and old\-old age individuals (60\-89 years); those without a prior history of hip surgery, no cognitive impairment, uncontrolled disease, and gait problems; those who could perform ADL independently before; and those with informal caregiver
Exclusion Criteria
- •individuals with acute major illness and those who did not finish the whole study
