Inclusion Criteria
young-old, middle-old, and old-old age individuals (60-89 years); those without a prior history of hip surgery, no cognitive impairment, uncontrolled disease, and gait problems; those who could perform ADL independently before; and those with informal caregiver
Exclusion Criteria
individuals with acute major illness and those who did not finish the whole study
