- •malampatti class
- •GA with short surgical procedure
排除标准
- •anticipated difficult airway
- •pregnant female
- •full stomach, hiatus hernia,GERD
- •Head injury
- •history of asthma, reactive airway disease ,URTI
- •patients undergoing oral surgery
- •heart rate < 50
- •blood pressure < 90/60
- •allergy to propofol / dexmedetomidine/fentanyl
