Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) diagnosed by endoscopical, radiological, and histological methods
- •2\) at least one year of disease duration
- •3\) no additional treatment regimen or increase of the dose of medicine during previous a year
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) co\-morbidity
- •2\) steroid treatment previous 3 months period
- •3\) surgical treatment more than once
- •4\) refusal to attend the study
- •5\) inability to read or understand the questionnaires
