Inclusion Criteria
1) diagnosed by endoscopical, radiological, and histological methods
2) at least one year of disease duration
3) no additional treatment regimen or increase of the dose of medicine during previous a year
Exclusion Criteria
1) co-morbidity
2) steroid treatment previous 3 months period
3) surgical treatment more than once
4) refusal to attend the study
5) inability to read or understand the questionnaires
