Inclusion Criteria
1.All Genders, Age >18 years.
2.Heterogeneous in type and stage of cancer diagnosis, as confirmed by the professional physician.
3.Patients with ECOG score between 0 to 4.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients diagnosed with psychiatric disorders.
2. Patient undergoing meditation practice within a year.

Name Time Method The primary outcome measure will be the change in quality of life as measured by the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General (FACT-G) questionnaire.Timepoint: 1 month
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The secondary outcome measures will include changes in stress levels as measured by the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) and changes in fatigue levels as measured by the Fatigue Symptom Inventory (FSI).Timepoint: 1 month
