入选标准

  • Children with Cerebral Palsy:
  • 1. Age 6-16
  • 2. A Gross Motor Function Classification System score of I (only children with walking
  • disabilities and, as such, receive gait training) and II -IV
  • 3. Femur length between 0.21-0.47m
  • 4. Ability to walk independently with the aid of parallel bars
  • 5. Ability to signal fear, pain or discomfort
  • 6. Compliance and ability to follow simple instructions
  • 7. Children should meet the general requirements for the training with the driven gait orthosis Lokomat (Hocoma AG, Volketswil, Switzerland);Healthy walkers:
  • 1. Age 6-16

排除标准

  • Children with CP:
  • 1. Co-morbidity that can affect the results of the study (e.g. pre-existent problems in leg function or a progressive neurological disorder).
  • 2. Treatment with botulinum toxin during the previous six months.
  • 3. Orthopaedic of neurological surgery during the previous year.
  • 4. Unstable epilepsy (*2 attacks/week).
  • 5. Participation in other scientific studies at the moment of measurement.;Healthy walkers:
  • The participant doesn*t suffer from neurological, orthopedic, visual, somatosensory or vestibular disorders, or any other disorder that is known to affect gait behavior or muscle activity.
