1) aged 60 years or older
2) at risk of falls (determined by history of fall(s) during 1 year previous with Timed Up and Go (TUG) Test > 10 seconds)
3) be able to walk within house without assistance
4) live in the accommodation in the community (not in the institutions, i.e. hospitals, nursing homes)
5) be able to contact via telephone
6) willingness to participate in a study
1) blind or deaf
2) cerebrovascular or cardiovascular accidents reported within the past 6 months
3) acute liver problems or the active phase of chronic hepatitis
4) diabetic mellitus with a history of hypoglycemic attack, with fasting levels of plasma glucose concentrations > 200 mg/dL, or with complications such as retinopathy or nephropathy
5) fasting levels of plasma glucose concentration < 100 mg/dL
6) systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg at rest
7) diagnosis of heart disease or experienced chest pain during exercise
8) balance loss because of dizziness
9) pain at hip, knee, or ankle region measured by Numeric Rating Scale ≥ 5 which cause inability to move or weight bearing through joint(s)
10) Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) Thai version ≤14 for non-educated ≤17 for those achieved primary school à¹à¸¥à¸° ≤22 for those achieved higher than primary school
11) currently receiving physical therapy
