Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with acute myocardial infarction underwent successful percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty
2. 18 years of age or older
3. informed consent before the study
Exclusion Criteria
1. less than 90 mmHg of systolic blood pressure
2. women in pregnancy or lactation
3. past history of hypersensitivity with test drug
4. past history of hyperesnsitivity or allergy with fish
5. hepatic dysfunction (AST/ALT > 2 x upper normal)
