Inclusion Criteria

1) Subjects must be between 18 years or older
2) Subjects with no history of major lower extremity injury or surgery
3) Subjects with no current or recent (6 months) injury to the entire lower extremity
4) Playing soccer in the NBB Rayon Noord Hoofdklasse*
5) Currently able to participate in training and games for 100%

Exclusion Criteria

1) Subjects with insulin dependent diabetes mellitus, rheumatologic disorder, cerebral vascular disorder, or any other central or peripheral disease that might interfere with sensory input
2) Previous history of cardiovascular or pulmonary disease
3) Uncontrolled metabolic disorder
4) Subjects with previous compartment syndrome or any vascular conditions to their lower leg
5) Subjects with any pain with maximal muscle contractions
6) Subjects with any skin irritations or abrasion and/or any history of allergy to adhesive tape
7) Subjects with any known central and/or peripheral nervous system disorders
8) Subjects with any known current lower extremity injury (eg. fracture, meniscal, ACL, posterior cruciate ligament, medial collateral ligament or lateral collateral ligament injury)
9) Subjects with previous history of major lower extremity injury (eg. fracture) or surgery
