- •BMI of 25 kg/m2 up to 34\.9 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)BMI more than 35 kg/m2 (morbid obese)
- •2\)Individuals diagnosed with cardiovascular, respiratory, neuromotor, musculoskeletal, cognitive disorders
- •3\)Acute or febrile conditions
- •4\)Individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions
