At least 3 years experience in futsal games
Member of the futsal team of Shahrood University
Regular participation in exercises for at least one month
At least three sessions per week

Exclusion Criteria

Taking any medication

Malondialdehyde. Timepoint: Before the intervention, 14 days after the intervention (after 14 days of supplementation), immediately and 24 hours later, the aerobic exhausting test.
