Inclusion Criteria
At least 3 years experience in futsal games
Member of the futsal team of Shahrood University
Regular participation in exercises for at least one month
At least three sessions per week
Exclusion Criteria
Taking any medication
Any illness

Name Time Method Malondialdehyde. Timepoint: Before the intervention, 14 days after the intervention (after 14 days of supplementation), immediately and 24 hours later, the aerobic exhausting test. Method of measurement: Made by Kittel Elisabeth Zell Bio, Germany - and Biotek.;Antioxidant.
