入选标准
- •Patients scheduled for elective off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery
排除标准
- •1) patient refusal
- •2) allergy to local anesthetics
- •3) Localized infection
- •4) Coagulopathy/Bleeding diathesis/Patients on anticoagulants
- •5) Emergency conversion to On-pump surgery
- •6) spinal deformities
- •7) Left main coronary artery disease
- •8) Left Ventricular ejection fraction less than 40%
- •9) Cognitive impairment or active psychiatric condition
- •10) Inability to understand pain scoring
- •11) Emergency surgery
- •12) Re-do surgery
- •13) Re-exploration within 24 hours
- •14) Extubation after 6 hours of surgery
