Inclusion Criteria
Patients of either sex presenting symptoms of cervical spondylosis
Clinical symptoms with or without radiological changes
Exclusion Criteria
Stenosis of spinal canal
Myelopathy
Myofascial pain syndrome
Patients suffering from any acute disease any infectious disease metabolic disorders and chronic disease like RA SLE Ankylosing spondylitis

Name Time Method The result will be assessed after the performance of Yogasana practices on the basis of Visual Analog Scale (VAS) for pain in neck, headache, numbness/tingling sensation in arm and pain with neck movements and universal goniometer for the range of motionTimepoint: Time duration for assessment of outcome would be after practicing yogasana for successive 30 days
