Inclusion Criteria
Physical health
No history of bone, cardiovascular, respiratory, liver and brain disease
Not using zinc supplementation and yoga practice
Lack of history of fracture and surgery
No history of participation in regular sports activities
Not participating in a specific weight loss program, including diet or physical activity
Do not drink alcohol or tobacco
Exclusion Criteria
People with certain diseases
Participate in the sports program
Taking anti-inflammatory drugs

Name Time Method Apelin. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and after the end of 8 weeks. Method of measurement: Blood test - With the Human Apelin Kit made in China by ELISA.;Blood urea nitrogen.
