Inclusion Criteria
Children will be included from 1 to 4 years;
Which are classified in the A + risk B - / +, C - / +, D - / + and - / +, F - / + G - / +;
Which reside in the city of Presidente Prudente for at least one year;
Plan to live in the city for the next two years;
Who attend public schools;
And have the consent of parents or guardians.
Exclusion Criteria
Children will be excluded classified A- risk;
Children who received professional application of fluoride in the last six months;
Which have more than ten carious lesions;
And are suffering from systemic disease that may aggravate oral problems or interfere with search results
