1. The selected patients were all patients with myocardial infarction;
2. All the selected cases were diagnosed as ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction patients;
3. All the selected cases received emergency PCI;
4. Patients with a single vessel requiring stenting. Informed consent of patients and their families.
1. Suffering from severe liver disease patients;
2. Patients with renal insufficiency;
3. Patients with blood system diseases and coagulopathy;
4. Patients with obvious infection.
