Overview
Brief Summary
A total of 152 trauma patients were included. There were 75.8% males with the mean age of 39.1 years old. The morality rate counted from discharge time was 45.5% and the factors associated with overall hospital mortality rate were Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), Injury Severity Score (ISS) and respiratory rate. It could explain the 56.1% in predicting in-hospital mortality. The equation was able to predict hospital mortality with 89.4% accuracy and area under curve (AUC) of 0.946

Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. We included trauma patients with Luntom EMS ambulance bring to Queen Savang Vadhana Memorial Hospital ED
- •2\. Age \> 15 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Referal patient
- •2\. Patient who declared death before arrive at hospital
- •3\. Patient who admited and refer to another hospital
- •4\. There is incomplete information from the medical record.
