The study aims to compare between types of anaesthesia-caudal block(type of anaesthesia given to spine), dorsal penile nerve block(block that numbs nerve that supplies sensations to penis), topical lignocaine ointment/cream(topical anaesthesia) to reduce pain in children undergoing sugeries on penis

Inclusion Criteria
ASA 1 and 2 patients aged 1 month to 12 years of either sex undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Children with-
1)Coagulation disorders
2)Allergy history to local anaesthetics
3)Infection in lower back and around perineal region
4)Spinal deformities

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Heart rate, Mean Arterial Pressure(MAP) will be measuredTimepoint: Heart rate, Mean arterial pressure will be recorded at baseline, from incision at 0min, 5min, 10min, 15min and every 15 min thereafter till the end of surgery
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method the postoperative pain scale(FLACC score) and the time needed for first rescue analgesiaTimepoint: postoperative pain scale(FLACC score) is recorded in the first 12 hours hourly after surgery and time of first rescue analgesia would be noted
