Inclusion Criteria
Children in the age group 6 -18 years with visually significant unilateral or bilateral congenital/developmental cataracts.
Controls will be age-matched phakic healthy children
Exclusion Criteria
1.Microcornea /Microphthalmia
2.Preoperative glaucoma
3.Ocular trauma
4.Chronic anterior uveitis
5.Previous ocular surgeries
6.Anterior segment dysgenesis
7.Posterior segment pathologies like RD, PHPV, coloboma
8.Subluxated lens /ectopia lentis
9.Children uncooperative for ASOCT examination

Name Time Method AS-OCT (CASIA2; Tomey, Nagoya, Japan) based measurement of AOD500 (Angle Opening Distance at 500 microns) and <br/ ><br>TIA500 (Trabecular iris angle at 500 microns) <br/ ><br> in healthy controls & children with pediatric cataract pre & post-operatively. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 3 months
