- •Children in the age group 6 -18 years with visually significant unilateral or bilateral congenital/developmental cataracts.
- •Controls will be age-matched phakic healthy children
排除标准
- •1.Microcornea /Microphthalmia
- •2.Preoperative glaucoma
- •3.Ocular trauma
- •4.Chronic anterior uveitis
- •5.Previous ocular surgeries
- •6.Anterior segment dysgenesis
- •7.Posterior segment pathologies like RD, PHPV, coloboma
- •8.Subluxated lens /ectopia lentis
- •9.Children uncooperative for ASOCT examination
