Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•1\.Age \= 18 years;
•2\.Ready for discharge to a general ward after an ICU\-stay of at least 72 hours;
•3\.Received enteral or parenteral feeding for at least 24 hours during ICU\-stay;
•4\.Signed informed consent by patient or legal representative.

Exclusion Criteria

•1\.Received oral nutrition only during ICU\-stay;
•2\.Discharge from the ICU to (a nursing) home, or to another ICU or hospital;
•3\.Moribund or life\-expectancy less than 48 hours.
