入排标准

- All
入选标准
- •1. Sign the informed consent voluntarily;
- •2. Meet the western medicine diagnosis standard of depression;
- •3. It conforms to the diagnostic standard of depression in traditional Chinese medicine;
- •4. Hamilton Depression Scale 7 < HAMD-17 <= 24;
- •5. Aged 18-65 years old.
排除标准
- •1. Those diagnosed as other mental diseases, such as panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, schizophrenia, hypochondriasis, etc;
- •2. The patients who had used western medicine of anti anxiety, anti depression, anti psychosis and the same kind of traditional Chinese medicine in the first 4 weeks before entering the group;
- •3. Taking antidepressants or having antidepressant pharmacological effect without washout;
- •4. Pregnant or preparing pregnant or lactating women;
- •5. Hyperthyroidism, coronary heart disease, hypertension, irritable bowel syndrome and other endocrine, cardiovascular and digestive system diseases with depression;
- •6. Patients with organic mental disorders, psychoactive substances, non addictive substances and postpartum depression;
- •7. Patients who have a history of suicide or a tendency to commit suicide, with a suicide score >= 1 in HAMD-17;
- •8. Patients who participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 1 month before enrollment;
- •9. Magnetic metal objects implanted near the head or in the brain, such as intracranial stent, cochlear implant, etc;
- •10. No monitoring or failure to complete the clinical study.
