Age group between 40- 65 years
Radiographically evaluated grade 2 and grade 3 OA
(According to Kellgren and Lawrence classification for knee OA)
BMI < 30 kg/m2
Unilateral medial compartment knee OA (associated with patellofemoral osteoarthritis)
H/O Chronic and autoimmune inflammatory diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and gout)
H/O Neuromuscular disorders
H/O Mental illnesses (that could hinder the understanding)
Red flags to soft tissue release
Corticosteroid injection within the previous 6 weeks
Red flags to mobilization
Participants with recent musculoskeletal injury (3-6 months)
