Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • The age of the participants will be between 40 and 60 years.
  • Participants from both the sex(male and female) will be selected.
  • The participants should be owner of a textile business for at least 5 years.
  • They should report experiencing occupational stress through surveys, interviews, and physiological measures.
  • They should be available to participate in the entire duration of the intervention and follow-up period.
  • They should agree to sign informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Person who has currently or previously participated in structured stress reduction programs (TCM, MSRT, or similar) within the last year.
  • Person who has any diagnosed psychiatric disorders that could interfere with the study.
  • Person wil any severe physical health conditions that limit participation in TCM or MSRT practices.
  • Person who is currently on use of psychiatric medication or undergoing psychotherapy.
  • Participants who have needle phobia or are diagnosed with any bleeding disorder.
