The age of the participants will be between 40 and 60 years.
Participants from both the sex(male and female) will be selected.
The participants should be owner of a textile business for at least 5 years.
They should report experiencing occupational stress through surveys, interviews, and physiological measures.
They should be available to participate in the entire duration of the intervention and follow-up period.
They should agree to sign informed consent.
Person who has currently or previously participated in structured stress reduction programs (TCM, MSRT, or similar) within the last year.
Person who has any diagnosed psychiatric disorders that could interfere with the study.
Person wil any severe physical health conditions that limit participation in TCM or MSRT practices.
Person who is currently on use of psychiatric medication or undergoing psychotherapy.
Participants who have needle phobia or are diagnosed with any bleeding disorder.
